Changing plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Only the account owner can change the plan.

  1. Go to Billing → Plans.
  2. Choose Monthly or Annual.
  3. Click Choose on the plan you want.
  4. Pay through Stripe's secure checkout.

Billing and payment

  • You pay by card, through Stripe.
  • To update your card, download invoices, change your billing period or cancel, go to Billing → Billing portal and click Open billing portal.
  • Your plan renews automatically: monthly plans each month, annual plans once a year.

Usage limits

How minutes are counted

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of call minutes.

  • Inbound and outbound calls both use minutes.
  • Each call counts as whole minutes, rounded up.
  • Unused minutes don't carry over to the next period.
  • Minutes reset at the start of each billing period.

You can see how many minutes you've used on the Dashboard and on Billing → Subscription status.

When you reach your limit

  • The account owner gets an email when you've used 80% of your minutes, and again at 100%.
  • Once your minutes are used up, your agents can't place new outbound or scheduled calls until the next billing period.
  • Inbound calls are still answered.
  • Agent and phone number limits stop you adding more than your plan allows.

Tip: if you regularly run out of minutes, a larger plan raises every limit at once. See Billing → Plans.

Common questions

How many minutes do I get per month?

It depends on your plan - see Billing → Plans for the current allowance of each plan. Enterprise plans have custom limits. Minutes are used for both inbound and outbound calls.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing → Plans page.

What happens if I use all my minutes?

New calls are blocked until your next billing cycle starts. Upgrade your plan to get more minutes straight away.

Do unused minutes roll over?

No, unused minutes don't roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle starts fresh with your plan's minute allowance.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Stripe customer portal from the Billing page to manage your subscription. You can cancel anytime, and your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through Stripe. All payments are processed securely.

When will I be charged?

You're charged when you subscribe. After that, you're charged monthly or yearly (depending on your billing interval) on the same date each billing cycle.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?

Yearly billing costs less overall. You pay upfront for the year and save money.

How do I update my payment method?

Open the Stripe customer portal from the Billing page and update your card details there. Your new card will be used for future charges.

Can I pause my subscription?

There's no pause feature, but you can cancel at any time - your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period - and resubscribe later.
